3.2 Billing and Renewals
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- You will be charged on the same day each month that you initially subscribed
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription
3.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the paid period
4. Digital Products and Services
4.1 Flo AI Chat Support
Our Flo AI service provides general wellness information and supportive guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
4.2 Access and Usage
- Digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not share, distribute, or resell any digital content
- We reserve the right to update or modify digital content at any time
- Access to digital services requires an active subscription
5. Physical Products
5.1 Menoflow Quarterly Box
The Quarterly Box is currently on waitlist. When available, boxes will be dispatched quarterly over a 12-month subscription period. Monthly billing continues throughout the subscription term.
5.2 Supplement Safety
- All supplements are food supplements and should not replace a balanced diet
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Keep out of reach of children
- Consult your GP before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications, or have a medical condition
- Discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider if adverse reactions occur

6. Delivery
6.1 UK Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to cancel digital content purchases. However, by accessing digital content immediately upon purchase, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.
7.2 Physical Products
- You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened physical products
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
7.3 Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
8. Payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is required at the time of purchase or subscription
